Its services include real-world economic analysis, market research and access, horizon scanning, branding, and communications. Vital Transformation also conducts and publishes research on healthcare policy and the biopharmaceutical sector, including analysis of drug-pricing proposals, research and development, patient access, employment, and economic effects. Its work includes studies and preprints drawing on clinical and industry data.

The organisation shares its findings and perspectives through the Vital Health Podcast, where guests discuss topics such as medicine pricing, market access, and pharmaceutical innovation.
