Liefs, Vita Nova is a women’s wellness practice and professional training academy founded by Renée, serving clients at home across Limburg and Belgian Limburg. Its services support women through pregnancy and motherhood, with an emphasis on rest, attentive touch, safety, and personal connection. Treatments include pregnancy massage, postpartum and “mama” massage, baby massage, moxibustion for breech presentation, and foot reflexology using acupressure. Home visits are available in cities and surrounding areas including Maastricht, Heerlen, Sittard, Venlo, Roermond, and Weert.

For massage professionals, Liefs, Vita Nova Academy offers specialist education focused on working with women around pregnancy and motherhood. Training follows the Liefs, Vita Nova Method, which brings together knowledge, safety, technique, presence, and energetic attunement. The academy aims to develop practitioners’ ability to respond thoughtfully to the individual woman, rather than simply follow a massage protocol. Through both treatments and education, Liefs, Vita Nova provides support for women seeking care and for professionals wishing to deepen their practice in this field.
