Vi Trening

Vi Trening is a fitness centre based at Heimdalsgata 4, welcoming people who want to build strength, improve their fitness, or explore martial arts. Its training offer includes strength training, cardio and martial arts, with membership options designed for different preferences and budgets. Members can choose an exclusive Gold membership or a more traditional gym membership.

The Gold option is presented as a personalised experience, including two hours of personal training during the first month and training adapted to the individual. It costs NOK 1,799 per month with a 12-month commitment, or NOK 2,199 per month without a commitment. The traditional membership costs NOK 449 per month with a 12-month commitment, or NOK 499 per month without one.

At the time described, the centre had recently opened, while the start of ordinary memberships was delayed because of the coronavirus situation. Prospective members could sign up in advance, with a welcome offer available to the first 100 people.
