VI UNLIMITED

VI UNLIMITED is a martial arts and fitness gym in Ulm-Lehr, offering training for beginners and experienced participants. Its courses include Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), mixed martial arts (MMA), classes for children and teenagers, and fitness. Muay Thai training covers punches, kicks, knees and elbows, with a dedicated women’s group. BJJ focuses on ground fighting, submissions and chokes, while MMA combines striking, wrestling and ground techniques. Fitness sessions include barbell work, circuit training, boxing workouts, back fitness, machines and free weights.

The gym welcomes people with no prior experience and encourages everyone to train at their own pace. A first session is free, and prospective members can arrange a trial by WhatsApp or phone. VI UNLIMITED operates from a space of more than 280 square metres, with MMA mats, a training equipment area, cable machine, stretching zone and lounge. The gym is led by founders Ulvi Erdenilgen and Sandra Schmidt, alongside BJJ coach Gustavo Costa.
