Vivabolig er en almen boligorganisation der opfører, udlejer, administrerer, vedligeholder og moderniserer støttet boligbyggeri i Aalborg og omegn. Med over 4000 boliger fordelt på 23 afdelinger er vi en af de største boligorganisationer i Nordjylland. Vi tilbyder boligtyper til ethvert behov: - Familieboliger - Ældre- og plejeboliger - Ungdomsboliger - Stayboliger (studerende kan blive boende efter endt uddannelse) Udlejningen af ungdoms- og stayboliger sker gennem AKU-Aalborg, hvor udlejning af ældre- og plejeboliger sker gennem Ældre- og Handicapforvaltningen. Vivabolig leverer dog langt mere end almene boliger. Vi spiller også en væsentlig rolle, når det gælder nærdemokrati, sociale og tryghedsskabende indsatser, byggetekniske og energivenlige løsninger, og vi er fremsynet i drift og administration. Vivabolig er derfor både en bæredygtig og helhedsorienteret boligorganisation, når det gælder planlægning og udvikling af boligbyggeri i Nordjylland. Til dagligt har vi et tæt samarbejde med: - AKU-Aalborg. - Boligselskabernes Landsforening. - Aalborg Kommune, herunder særligt By- og Landskabsforvaltningen, Familie- og Beskæftigelsesforvaltningen, Ældre- og Handicapforvaltningen. - Andre boligorganisationer i Aalborg og i resten af Danmark. Almene boliger er et tilbud for alle som et alternativ til privatudlejning og ejerboliger.
