VIVADEM is a moving company based in Auvergne that serves individuals and businesses throughout the region and across France. It aims to make moves less stressful through reliable, flexible and personalized support, with services tailored to the distance, access conditions and requirements of each project. Customers can request a free, detailed estimate based on an assessment of their belongings and chosen services, including through a video appointment.

The company offers several moving packages, from an economical option covering protection, loading, transport, delivery and placement to more comprehensive services. Depending on the package, teams can dismantle and reassemble furniture, pack and unpack fragile items and electronic equipment, or handle packing for non-fragile belongings. VIVADEM can also provide cartons, tape, covers and other protective materials before moving day.

The company describes its process as flexible, with a deposit to reserve the date and final payment after the move. Card payment and installment options are available. VIVADEM also states that it has professional insurance for damage attributable to its teams.
