About vivax-assist.com
Vivax Drive was a pioneering brand known for its innovative ultralight drive systems for bicycles, weighing a mere 1.8 kg, making it one of the lightest e-bike systems available globally. The brand offered a range of lightweight sport bicycles, integrating the advantages of e-bike technology, including E-MTBs, E-Road, and E-Trekking bikes. Unfortunately, due to challenging seasons and significant supply chain issues throughout 2020 and 2021, Vivax Drive GmbH & Co. KG ultimately ceased operations by the end of 2022.
Despite the closure, the company has ensured continuity in service for its products. Former technicians are available as service partners for Vivax bicycles, ready to assist customers from 2023 onward. Users can reach out to the company Trbwrk for service inquiries or battery replacements. Manuals and technical resources are still accessible on their website, providing essential information for current users. The Vivax team hopes for customer understanding as they transition and part ways.
