Viveelfolklore

Vive el Folklore is a Mexican cultural project dedicated to sharing the country’s traditions, customs, and folklore with new generations. Through festivals and a broad social media community, it brings together folkloric groups from different regions to present their identities, styles, and stories. The project offers participating groups opportunities to perform, connect with other companies, and reach audiences across Mexico through its digital platforms.

Its festival services include professional audiovisual production, ongoing event coverage, and live broadcasts, helping document performances and share them beyond the venue. Events also create space for groups to meet and exchange experiences, while introducing participants to the host city, its culture, and its people. Vive el Folklore describes its work as a network of encounters that extends beyond the stage and continues through lasting connections and shared experiences.

The next announced gathering is the Festival Vive el Folklore in San Andrés Cholula, Puebla, scheduled for July 31 to August 3, 2026. The project invites folkloric groups to register and take part in this cultural meeting.
