Vivere Distinto

Vivere Distinto is an Italian food education brand founded by Francesca and Simona, two friends who share an interest in flavourful, health-conscious and ethical eating. The site focuses on “Vegromage,” its approach to making vegan cheeses at home, and supports people exploring plant-based food with practical guidance and recipes. Its online, on-demand courses include beginner, advanced and complete Vegromage programs, designed to make cheese alternatives achievable with basic household equipment.

Beyond courses, Vivere Distinto offers exclusive recipes, articles and selected health-related news, alongside a blog and events covering food, wellbeing and related activities. The founders bring experience from vegan restaurant work, natural cooking classes, international travel and food, and a concept store that hosts courses and events. Their teaching emphasizes small, manageable steps toward a personal, more conscious way of eating, without presenting one diet as right for everyone.

Vivere Distinto aims to make plant-based cooking enjoyable and accessible, particularly for those who find giving up traditional cheese challenging
