Vivocronico

Vivo Crónico Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing health equity and improving the experience of living with chronic illness. It supports adults with complex chronic physical conditions, along with their families and caregivers, through personalized guidance, education, community, and care navigation. Its services include individualized coaching to strengthen well-being and self-management, professionally facilitated patient and family support groups, and help navigating employment challenges, disability resources, social services, and healthcare benefits. A professionally moderated community also offers a respectful space for connection, shared learning, and mutual support.

Guided by the lived experience of its founder, Pablo Waissbluth Panzer, Vivo Crónico aims to improve quality of life, autonomy, and hope, particularly for people facing financial, social, or structural barriers to care. The foundation combines free and subsidized programs with paid services to broaden access while supporting long-term sustainability. It currently operates nonprofit entities in the United States and Chile, with a long-term vision of serving people with chronic conditions across Latin America.
