Vkgcoaching

VKG Coaching is a coaching practice led by Kelly, a qualified social pedagogical worker with more than 12 years of experience supporting families with a range of needs. The practice helps children, parents and couples navigate challenging periods, important decisions and changes in family life. Its approach focuses on connection, personal strengths and growth, with attention to self-reflection, communication and emotional wellbeing.

Services include relationship coaching, divorce coaching and family guidance for parents and children. VKG Coaching also offers child coaching through play, conversation and creative activities, helping children manage emotions, build confidence and address everyday difficulties. As a certified KIES coach, Kelly provides both individual and group programmes for children affected by parental separation. Parents can receive support with difficult phases, behavioural concerns and finding greater balance and energy in daily life.

Coaching is tailored to each person or family, with the aim of identifying practical ways forward and strengthening relationships. Kelly describes her working style as practical, sincere, positive, driven, integer and solution-focused.
