The "Ваши личные финансы" project, established in 2010, aims to enhance financial literacy in the Tomsk region of Russia. Operated under a governmental framework, it focuses on providing accessible tools and education to increase public understanding of personal finance and budgetary processes. In partnership with the Ministry of Finance and local authorities, the initiative has facilitated the growth of the Regional Center for Financial Literacy (РЦФГ) since 2014.

The center offers residents access to trusted information on financial matters, as well as consultations with legal and financial experts on various topics. The project also features a range of resources, including articles, interviews, and multimedia projects designed to engage the community in financial discussions. With a dedicated team of authors contributing diverse expertise, "Ваши личные финансы" continues to support individuals in making informed financial decisions through various outreach programs and a free hotline for assistance. This initiative is committed to fostering a financially savvy population in Tomsk and beyond.
