VMSol provides online resources and support for customers managing domains, websites, and email services. Its support materials cover domain parking for domains registered elsewhere, webmail access, and SyncSuite, described as email synchronization and collaboration software. Customers can also find sample scripts for adding webmail and control-panel login options to their own websites, along with guidance for displaying support links and customizable Webmail 7 announcements. The resource center includes an Online Presence Builder user guide, technology and data-center information, and access to a quick-reference site and FAQ knowledge base.

For technical assistance, VMSol points customers to online support and a separate 24-hour web hosting support service offering live chat and telephone help. The site also provides account login fields and contact details for support and abuse reports. VMSol and the related services named on the site state a zero-tolerance policy toward intentional spam and other specified forms of email and Usenet abuse, with reported cases investigated and confirmed offenders removed.
