The Japan Volleyball Association (JVA) is the official national organization for volleyball in Japan. As a public interest incorporated foundation, it supports and promotes both indoor volleyball and beach volleyball, including Japan’s men’s and women’s national teams. Its website provides current team news, schedules, results, and information about domestic and international competitions, along with coverage of overseas tours and photographs.

Fans can find match details, competition records, viewing guides, ticket information through Barutomo Tickets, and Volleyball Channel content. The JVA also supports participation and development through resources for people learning or playing volleyball, guidance on rules, uniforms, injury prevention, heat safety, and anti-doping, as well as coaching and referee information. For beach volleyball, it offers domestic and international tournament entry information, rules and regulations, development initiatives for younger age groups, and educational materials.

The association also manages registration services and publishes information about its governance, member organizations, plans, finances, sponsorship, and media requests. Together, these activities connect national teams, competitors, fans, officials, and the wider volleyball community
