VNO, also known as the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers (VNO-NCW), is the largest employers' organization in the Netherlands. The Executive Board, consisting of representatives from member associations and companies, sets policy direction, while the General Council serves as the highest policy-making body. While VNO-NCW is the largest employers' organization in the Netherlands, it collaborates closely with MKB-Nederland, representing small and medium-sized enterprises, and LTO-Nederland, representing the agricultural and horticultural sectors, through a shared work organization.
