VNTRbirds is a women-led adventure company based in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, creating outdoor education and experiences for women and non-binary individuals who are comfortable in femme-centered spaces. Its goal is to help participants build confidence, develop skills, and feel more at home in the mountains through expert instruction in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment.

The company offers mountain biking clinics and events, backcountry skiing courses, avalanche education, and immersive outdoor experiences.
