Voices Center for Resilience (VOICES) is an organization dedicated to supporting people affected by the September 11 attacks and helping communities prepare for and recover from tragedy. It provides long-term support and resources for victims’ families, responders, survivors, and families of people who have died from 9/11-related illnesses. Its work centers on mental health, wellness, healing, and resilience, with services shaped by the changing needs of the people it serves.

VOICES offers peer support groups for families, survivors, responders, and the next generation, as well as consultations, referrals, webinars, workshops, conferences, and symposiums. Its education and training programs bring together expertise in mental health care, emergency management, law enforcement, counterterrorism, and victim services. Preparedness training helps community stakeholders plan for and respond to crises, while resources such as tip sheets, hotlines, a resource directory, and a digital library support individuals and organizations. VOICES also leads the 9/11 Living Memorial Project, commemorative activities, advocacy, and community programs.
