Faaliyetlerimize 2002 yılında çok şubeli şirketlerin merkez ve şubeleri arasındaki telefon görüşmelerini ücretsiz yapmasını sağlayan altyapı projeleri gerçekleştirerek başladık. Süreç içerisinde Türkiye genelinde Alternatif Telekom Hizmeti vermek isteyen işletmelere İnternet Telefonu Servis Sağlayıcı altyapıları kurarak devam ettik. 2006 yılında Türksat A.Ş.’nin çağrı merkezini kurup, 5 yıl süreyle işlettik. 2008 yılında İGDAŞ’ın çağrı merkezini kurup, 1 yıl süreyle işlettik. İGDAŞ projesiyle Türkiye’deki Çağrı Merkezleri arasında her yıl düzenlenen İMİ yarışmasında en iyi yeni çağrı merkezi ödülüne layık görüldük. 2009 yılında Bilgi Teknolojileri ve iletişim Kurumu’ndan (BTK) almış olduğumuz Sabit Telefon Hizmeti (STH) lisansı ve 2013 yılında yine BTK’dan almış olduğumuz İnternet Servis Sağlayıcılığı (ISS) lisansıyla şirketlere ve kamu kurumlarına Sabit Telefon Hizmeti, Data Hizmetleri ve bu hizmetlerin yan bileşenlerini vermekteyiz. Bu hizmetler ekseninde müşterilerimize 2024 yılından bu yana geliştirdiğimiz yapay zeka destekli ses teknolojileri çözümleri de sunmaktayız.
