Volley-Ball Club d’Apprieu (VBCA) is a community volleyball club located north of the Grenoble area in France. Founded in 1992, the club promotes an enthusiastic, welcoming atmosphere and invites people of different ages and abilities to give volleyball a try, whether they are interested in competitive play or recreational activity.

The club offers teams and programs for children, teenagers, and adults. Its youth pathway includes a volleyball school for children from age eight, with training supervised by coaches trained by the federation. Teams and playing options include youth groups, regional and pre-regional men’s and women’s competitions, FSGT divisions, UFOLEP, and leisure volleyball. The club also provides practical information about training schedules, age categories, membership fees, and registration.

Beyond regular volleyball activities, VBCA organizes events such as a multisport holiday camp and takes part in the local associations forum. Its website features club news, team information, registration documents, partnership opportunities, and a shop. The club’s guiding message is simple: the most important thing is to try.
