Sen-No-Sen Dojo is a Kyokushinkai karate school in Freiburg, Germany, offering full-contact martial arts training for children, teenagers and adults. Its program welcomes children from around age three and has no stated upper age limit. Training is designed for people with varied experience and goals, including competition, self-defence and fitness. Instructors build technical and physical skills progressively, with attention to individual strengths, small-group coaching, clear rules and respectful conduct.

Children’s classes support movement, coordination, concentration, confidence and positive interaction, while sessions for teenagers combine physical challenge with fitness, focus, perseverance and teamwork. Adult training is open to beginners, returning participants and experienced athletes, and develops endurance, mobility, technique and strength. The dojo also offers fitness sessions featuring full-body exercises, circuit training and stretching, using body weight and equipment; no prior experience is required. These classes run twice weekly: a women-only session on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and a session open to everyone on Fridays at 7 p.m.
