Volna

Volna helps Russian-speaking medical professionals build careers in Dubai and elsewhere in the United Arab Emirates. The brand supports doctors and healthcare workers from initial career planning through licensing, relocation, and job placement, including candidates with Russian qualifications or limited English who may be suited to Russian-speaking clinics.

Its services include individual consultations, assessment of education and experience, document preparation and legalization, guidance through professional licensing, and preparation for Prometric exams. Volna offers specialist courses for general practitioners, dentists, beauty therapists, nurses, and other medical professionals, as well as postgraduate residency options and short introductory placements at clinics in Dubai. The team also helps candidates identify suitable vacancies through employer and healthcare-provider partners.

Volna’s instructors and mentors include practitioners who have themselves completed licensing and employment processes in the UAE. Their experience informs the courses and one-to-one support offered to candidates. By combining exam preparation, licensing guidance, and recruitment assistance, Volna aims to make the transition to medical work in the Emirates more manageable and tailored to each professional’s background.
