About Volnawithukraine

MTÜ VOLNA WITH UKRAINE TO VICTORY AND PROSPERITY is an Estonia-based nonprofit charitable organization supporting medical care in Ukraine. Established to help wounded people, it collects donations from individuals and organizations and uses the funds to procure medical equipment and supplies according to the needs of Ukrainian doctors and surgeons. The organization has no hired or paid employees, and says all collected funds go toward purchases for Ukraine.

Its work includes the charitable project “Ukraine: Save a Limb for the Wounded!”, run with surgeon and volunteer Andrey Volna, Evgenia Chirikova, Activatica, and AO Trauma Ukraine. The project funds RIA-2 devices, which help surgeons harvest a patient’s own bone for transplantation, and BONALIVE, an antibacterial bone substitute. Other medical consumables are purchased as required by surgeons, and the organization may arrange transportation of supplies when necessary.

Andrey Volna has volunteered at a Ukrainian military hospital since September 2023. The charity invites supporters to contribute toward medical supplies and equipment for Ukrainian clinicians and wounded patients
