Українська Волонтерська Служба

Ukrainian Volunteer Service (UVS) is a public organization founded in 2017 to develop a culture of volunteering and strengthen the resilience of volunteers and community initiatives across Ukraine. It works at both national and local levels, helping people turn their willingness to act into meaningful civic participation. Through education, connection, and inspiration, UVS aims to make volunteering more widespread, visible, and influential.

The organization supports civil society groups, charitable foundations, and volunteer initiatives in recruiting and engaging volunteers. Its services and resources include an educational center, projects, events, a library, and information about opportunities for people who want to volunteer. Organizations seeking volunteers can also connect with the service, while individuals can explore ways to join projects and take part in community action.

UVS brings together a community of more than 100,000 people from across Ukraine who contribute daily to the country’s efforts. By supporting both volunteers and the organizations they serve, Ukrainian Volunteer Service promotes responsible action and helps strengthen civil society.
