Volunteers Initiative Nepal (VIN) is a trusted and dedicated non-profit volunteer organization based in Kathmandu. As one of the leading community service organizations in Nepal, we offer a wide range of international volunteering and internship opportunities. Our mission is to empower marginalized and disadvantaged communities through equitable, inclusive, and holistic development programs.

We have successfully deployed thousands of national and international volunteers, making a significant impact on achieving our mission. We focus on four major pillars of community development: education, health and environment, economy, and basic infrastructure. Under these pillars, we have developed six major community empowerment programs, including Women’s Empowerment, Children’s Development, Youth Empowerment, Public Health and Medical Care, Environment Conservation, and Disaster Risk Reduction.
