About Museumpark VONK
Museumpark Vonk, a collaboration between Het preHistorisch Dorp and Eindhoven Museum, is crafting a new museum in Eindhoven. The central theme of this innovative museum concept is 'Making history together. ' This museum will incorporate 350 to 400 years of regional history, offering visitors a journey through time to discover the essence of the Eindhoven region.
Museumpark Vonk aims to engage visitors in a hands-on exploration of the power of history, emphasizing co-creation and a unique storytelling approach. The museum experience will feature an introductory show with light effects, a local collection exhibition, a workshop, and an outdoor museum park. Additionally, visitors can participate in creating 'wonderful structures' that symbolize historical transformations, fostering an immersive and interactive experience.
Through a blend of high-tech production techniques and craftsmanship, Museumpark Vonk promises a captivating and educational exploration of history. Opening in late 2025, this museum invites everyone to be a part of making history together
