Voorouders

Voorouders.eu is a dedicated genealogy website created by Regina Philip, aimed at helping individuals trace their family history and explore a vast array of genealogical resources. With an extensive collection of over 3,000 links, the site organizes historical and genealogical information into easily navigable categories, including archives, databases, family messages, and blogs. Users can search for resources by subject, type, and geography, making research more efficient and accessible.

The website not only houses personal family trees but also addresses resources related to Jewish heritage in Groningen, highlighting the rich history of Jewish communities in the region. This includes survival stories from the Holocaust, documenting the experiences of those who faced unimaginable challenges. As the site continues to evolve, it will incorporate updated links and additional documents to enhance the user experience. In its current state, Voorouders.eu serves as a valuable tool for genealogists and history enthusiasts looking to deepen their understanding of their ancestry.
