VORHOLT Relocation Services

VORHOLT Relocation Services helps companies, international professionals and returning residents make a successful start in a new or renewed home in Germany. The business provides individually tailored support packages for skilled and senior employees arriving from abroad, as well as accompanying family members. Its services are designed to help people establish a stable everyday routine, so employees can focus on their work while families settle into their surroundings.

Support can address the practical and personal challenges of relocation, including navigating a new culture and language and arranging matters such as language courses, school or childcare. VORHOLT also assists employers with the immigration of professionally qualified workers and university graduates under Germany’s Skilled Immigration Act, including eligible candidates who do not qualify for an EU Blue Card.

Founded by Michaela Vorholt, who brings experience as a managing director and economic development professional, the service is rooted in regional connections. It serves Westphalia and other areas, including Magdeburg, and has offered its services nationwide since 2023.
