Vosges Planeurs

Vosges Planeurs is a sporting association dedicated to gliding, based at the Épinal-Dogneville aerodrome in Dogneville, France. The club welcomes people interested in discovering silent flight, taking an introductory air experience, or learning to pilot a glider. Its activities include discovery flights and training, supported by a fleet of five gliders: two single-seat models, the LS3 and LS1D, and two two-seat models, the Janus and ASK 13, used for instruction and introductory flights. The association also operates an SF25 motor glider and its own Ikarus ULM tug aircraft.

Vosges Planeurs takes part in events designed to make gliding accessible to more people. These include “Ça plane pour elles,” which introduces women to the sport through reduced-price flights, and “Handi’Air,” offering introductory flights to people with disabilities. Visitors can explore photographs of flying and club life, follow flights through the club’s radar link, and contact the association by phone, email, Facebook, or its website. Its welcoming approach combines opportunities to experience flight with practical instruction and community activities.
