VPC Andorra Rugby XV is more than just a sports club; it embodies a project rooted in values, education, and elite competition. With a commitment to fostering respect, discipline, and teamwork, the club focuses on the development of both male and female athletes from a young age, creating a strong foundation through its mixed youth academy. VPC Andorra provides an inclusive environment that promotes equality in women's sports, showcasing the strength of its women’s team alongside the senior men’s team, both of which have recently celebrated notable victories.

The club also emphasizes cultural integration through events that blend local traditions with global influences, such as a haka performance that connects Maori culture with the Andorran community. With strong community involvement and sponsorships, VPC Andorra Rugby XV continues to be a pillar of sporting excellence and social values in the region
