Vodácký tábor Lipno z. s. is a Czech nonprofit association organizing a traditional summer camp for children aged 8–16 on the shore of the Lipno Reservoir, in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area.
With a history spanning 60 years, the camp offers an outdoor experience centered on water activities, teamwork, and time in nature. Children stay in two-person raised-base tents, with a heated indoor boathouse and recreation room available in poor weather. Campers learn to paddle canoes and large boats, take regular trips on Lipno, and join a two-day rafting journey down the Vltava, including an overnight stay at a riverside campsite.
Each session also features a themed camp-wide game, races, and outdoor challenges. The camp provides five meals a day, transport from Prague, insurance, and continuous access to an on-site health professional. Designed for a small group of up to 30 children, it runs without mains electricity or screens, with meals cooked at the campfire.
