Vilniaus pramonės ir verslo asociacija (VPVA) is a registered association that brings together companies, business institutions, service providers, and consulting firms from various industries in the Vilnius region. As the coordinator of the Digital Innovation Hub (DIH), VPVA plays a vital role in fostering digital technology innovations across all sectors by connecting research, education, business, and government organizations in Lithuania. In addition to its coordination of the DIH, VPVA also serves as the coordinator for the Circular Economy Cluster, focusing on innovative solutions and new technologies that can be applied in material recycling and the creation of high-value added products.

The goals of VPVA include promoting regional business development, improving overall business conditions, representing member interests in government and public organizations, and facilitating participation in business missions, fairs, and exhibitions. The association also maintains close relationships with similar organizations, both domestically and internationally, as well as national and foreign embassies, providing its members with relevant and up-to-date information. VPVA collaborates with government structures, business, science, professional unions, and other organizations, working towards improving business conditions, developing industrial and business infrastructure, enhancing competitiveness, improving professional qualifications and training, and addressing issues related to market protection, unsafe products, and environmental concerns.
