VR8 is a junior exploration company with a focus on developing valuable mineral resources. One of VR8's flagship projects is the Steelpoortdrift Vanadium Project in South Africa. This tier 1, licensed mining project is a titaniferous magnetite deposit located within the Bushveld Geological Complex, a renowned vanadium producing area. With a Mineral Resource of 680Mt and a reserve of 77Mt, Steelpoortdrift boasts one of the world's largest undeveloped vanadium deposits.
The project has undergone a Definitive Feasibility Study, confirming its world-class status and robust economics over a 25-year mine life. The project's attributes include favorable in situ grades, a long lifespan, and an attractive NPV. VR8 is actively working towards a Final Investment Decision, focusing on project development, financing, and strategic partnerships to unlock its maximum value.
