Vrienden Universe is an alternative-history fiction project that began in 2019, created by Perri Kuskan and later developed with his friend Jakob. It grew from stories about five Dutch friends into an interconnected fictional world with a continuous timeline officially beginning in 1400 and extending through 2026. The project reimagines real-life events alongside original characters, conflicts, countries and political powers.

Its dedicated wiki is the central resource for exploring the universe, presenting its history and stories in detail while aiming to maintain consistency across the continuity. The narrative ranges from humorous friendships and road trips to wars, resistance movements and struggles against dictatorship. Among its major storylines is Mark Hugerinus Paap’s search for the truth about his family’s deaths and the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen, leading him to join the resistance through the Fish Collective.
