VR Pastes is a web-based tool for sharing Pokémon Showdown teams through convenient, shareable links. Users can paste a team in Showdown format and choose how its information is presented, making it useful for competitive players who want to discuss team compositions while managing what they reveal. The service offers public Open Team Lists, which hide a team’s EVs and IVs, as well as Closed Team Lists, whose main link displays the complete team details.

Users can also protect pastes with a password. According to the service, password-protected pastes are encrypted in its database, and lost passwords cannot be recovered. By providing these privacy options, VR Pastes supports both open sharing and more controlled access to team information.

The site describes the service as being in beta and invites users to create a paste and share their Pokémon teams with others. It is focused specifically on Pokémon Showdown team pastes rather than general file sharing
