About VRTX Studio
VRTX Studio is a fresh and innovative architectural brand based in Larnaca. With over 25 ongoing project developments, including private residential houses, apartment blocks, commercial buildings, and boutique hotels, we offer a comprehensive range of services. Our expertise lies in forensic architecture, quality assurance, and expert witness testimony, ensuring sound design and legal compliance throughout a building's lifespan.
At VRTX Studio, we prioritize excellence and professionalism. Our team is led by Socratis Hadjicostis, a highly acclaimed architect who graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours and a Master in Architecture. Socratis' talent has been recognized at international conferences and exhibitions.
Froso Onisiforou, our other founder and lead architect, brings her expertise in conceptual layout, design development, and residential development. Together, they established VRTX Studio in 2018. We also have a dedicated team of architects, including Eleni Xenophontos, who joined us in 2021, bringing her master's in Architecture Design and specialization in development and emergency practice.
