VS12 is a venture studio that offers a unique approach to entrepreneurship by combining company building with venture funding. Established in 1999, our studio is located in the heart of Silicon Beach, California, overlooking the Venice Pier. Over the past two decades, we have successfully incubated and accelerated startups, transforming them into sustainable businesses.

Our focus lies in investments related to SaaS, proptech, fintech, and blockchain technologies. Currently, our portfolio includes 25 brands, 11 corporations, and seed-stage tech startups spanning from Los Angeles to Singapore and Manila. Together, these ventures have generated an impressive revenue of nearly $350 million.

At VS12, we help entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of building a new company by providing capital and operational support.
