VTC-CASTRENSE

VTC-Castrense is a passenger transport company offering regular international routes, group travel and private transport services. Its scheduled service connects Portugal and Switzerland, with departures on specified days of the week in both directions. Customers can also book coaches for tourism and occasional trips across Portugal and abroad. The company serves excursion groups, travel agencies, tour operators, schools, associations and businesses.

VTC-Castrense also provides school transport, stating that children travel in appropriately equipped coaches with trained drivers and accompanying personnel. Its transfer service covers journeys between airports and hotels. The company highlights passenger comfort and safety as priorities, and says it maintains a modern, renewed fleet. Its drivers have several years of passenger-transport experience, with qualifications for carrying children.

Alongside regular routes and tailor-made services, VTC-Castrense promotes organised trips and tours to destinations including Trás-os-Montes and the Douro, England, Madrid, Fátima, Italy and the Picos de Europa. The site invites visitors to make reservations and contact the company for service information, and references Portugal’s consumer dispute resolution and complaints-book procedures.
