Vuela Fundación

VUELA Fundación is a nonprofit civil association in Mexico that supports children with cancer who lack social security, along with their families. Its assistance is free and spans medical, practical, emotional, social, psychological, and financial needs throughout treatment. The foundation aims to help children access appropriate care while protecting their quality of life, development, and sense of joy.

VUELA’s 360-degree support model includes its Protección al Tratamiento program, which helps provide oncology medicines, specialized tests, medical supplies, and complementary support. Other initiatives offer nutritional and family assistance, encourage play, and recognize children’s efforts through programs such as Vuelapoints, Los VULPI, and Días Extraordinarios. The foundation also supports families and children through projects such as the Jardín de las Sorpresas.

People can contribute by donating to general or specific projects, purchasing fundraising products, joining a book-and-author subscription, volunteering, or offering in-kind support. Businesses can participate through social-impact partnerships. VUELA also shares news and stories about childhood cancer and its work, and reports that it is independently evaluated and holds recognized certifications in Mexico.
