Vulvida

Vulvida is a women’s wellness and birth-support practice founded by Kathrin Bonhardt, a yoga teacher and doula based in Greifswald, Germany. Serving the surrounding area and offering some services online, Vulvida supports women through fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and other life transitions. Its approach combines yoga, somatic and creative movement, breathwork, nervous-system practices, rituals, and education about women’s health, the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and birth. The aim is to help women build body awareness, make informed choices, and feel more connected to their own strength.

Services include women’s yoga, pregnancy and postpartum classes, birth preparation for individuals and couples, doula support during pregnancy and birth, and care in the weeks after birth. Vulvida also offers parent-and-child and children’s classes, baby massage, women’s circles, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, and training programs. Additional options include pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, and women’s massages, as well as womb-focused practices. Through these offerings, Vulvida creates supportive spaces for learning, connection, and personal growth.
