Unclaimed brand

Founded by local football enthusiasts as Spartaces, the club joined the Twentsche Football Association in 1916 and soon adopted the name Oldenzaal. Today, its teams include a second team, several 35-plus squads and a veterans team, with fixtures and club updates shared through its website.
Since the 2023–2024 season, vv Oldenzaal has played at Sportpark de Weschterik, a shared facility with zvv De Esch. The club supports its community through membership, fundraising and activities, including participation in the Grote Clubactie, which helps provide equipment such as footballs. Its website also provides practical information about the club, its organisation, clubhouse, sponsors, membership and match programme.
Preserving its heritage is an important part of the club’s identity. Its online archive includes historic membership lists, newspaper clippings, anniversary guides and early statutes. From its beginnings at a field on Hengelosestraat to its former home at ’t Heuveltje and its current ground, vv Oldenzaal continues to bring local players together through football.
