Vyne

Vyne is a UK healthcare service that brings prescription management and medical-device shopping together in one place. Its home-delivery service helps patients and carers order regular prescribed appliances, with online tools to manage orders as much or as little as they choose. Vyne also serves healthcare professionals and care homes.

Through its online shop, Vyne offers a broad range of continence, ostomy and wound-care products, alongside related medical devices and supplies. Categories include drainage bags and catheter accessories, colostomy and ileostomy bags, incontinence pads and protective products, skin-care and cleansing items, dressings, medical garments, lubrication, mobility aids and selected oral and eye-care products. The site says thousands of devices are available, with next-day delivery.

Customers can create separate accounts for prescription orders and shopping orders. Vyne also provides support and advice, including continence and ostomy resources, a help centre, FAQs and online guides. The brand describes its appliance delivery service as award-winning and identifies itself as a carbon-neutral company.
