VZ-APS is a consulting firm established in 2020, operating in Caracas, Venezuela as part of the International Advisory, Products, and Systems (i-APS) affiliate network. Our team of experts provides technical expertise and comprehensive support, particularly to organizations operating in the humanitarian sector and development programs. We offer assistance in the areas of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Third-party Monitoring, Community Needs Assessment, Organizational Strengthening, and the development of Economic Development, Livelihoods, Social Innovation, and Sustainable Development plans.

With over 50 professionals specializing in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation, VZ-APS has conducted monitoring and evaluation projects in 23 out of 24 states in Venezuela, covering 67 out of 335 municipalities. We have firsthand knowledge of the needs, opportunities, and challenges of different regions and populations, as well as a network of partners and collaborators nationwide.
