Wachstum hoch2

Wachstum² – Die Akademie für Selbstbehauptung is a multidisciplinary training and coaching organisation founded in 2023 to help people build resilience, confidence and practical skills. Drawing on experience in violence prevention, martial arts, psychosocial work and education, it supports children, young people, families, educators and organisations. Its services for schools, childcare centres, youth and disability-support services, public authorities and businesses include violence-prevention programmes, social-skills training, de-escalation, conflict management, professional development and systemic team consultation.

For individuals and families, Wachstum² offers self-defence and martial arts training, including Wing Chun, with an emphasis on assessing risks and avoiding physical confrontation. Its selfness activities include yoga, creative dance and yoga for children, and events focused on mindfulness and relaxation. Coaching and systemic consultation help families and teams explore challenges and develop solution-focused approaches. The organisation also offers coach and trainer education, seminars and a shop. Based in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde area, it delivers in-person programmes across Schleswig-Holstein and beyond, supported by a network of professionals in fields including trauma education, fitness and counselling.
