Wadadli Dessert Oasis is a plant-based food and lifestyle brand founded by chef Empress, inspired by Antigua’s flavors, traditions, and culture. Serving customers since 2012, the business began in Hartford, Connecticut, and now produces its offerings in the mountains of western North Carolina. Its purpose is to share a taste of the islands and bring people together through food.

Wadadli provides 100% plant-based catering for private celebrations, corporate events, universities, nonprofits, weddings, retreats, and other gatherings. Its menu features Caribbean-inspired dishes such as jerked mushrooms, brown-stewed vegetables, fried plantain, patties, and tropical desserts. The brand also offers a Tuesday Caribbean Lunch Club, preorder items such as gluten-free cassava cups, and wholesale products.

For home cooks, Wadadli sells signature jerk seasonings, pepper sauces, and a digital recipe collection, alongside recipes and seasonal gift sets. Its tropical tea range includes sorrel, island chai, and spiced cacao. Additional products include wild-harvested sea moss, sea moss gels, and natural shea butter creations.
