Waddow Hall Trust is working to secure a sustainable future for the historic Waddow estate in the heart of the Ribble Valley. Based at Waddow Hall, near Clitheroe in Lancashire, the Trust aims to help the estate continue as an outdoor centre where young people can learn, explore and make lasting memories.
A central part of this work is a grants programme designed to help young people in the community visit Waddow for residential or day events. Groups, organisations and associations are invited to apply, with the goal of making outdoor experiences accessible to all young people. The Trust also aims, where possible, to support innovative educational programmes and community initiatives that enable Waddow Hall to remain a place of inspiration and learning. The Trust is guided by a team of trustees who contribute their experience to the estate’s future.
