WaffleInvoice is an invoicing app designed for freelancers and service businesses, including tradespeople, photographers, designers, consultants, and cleaners. Its free plan includes unlimited invoices, estimates, and clients, along with a client portal, PDF downloads, and up to 25 invoice email sends per rolling 30 days. Users can create invoices with saved business details and logos, track paid, overdue, and pending payments, and convert approved estimates into invoices without re-entering information.

WaffleInvoice works on iPhone and iPad, and through a mobile browser on other phones. Its Pro plan costs $19 per month or $190 per year and adds unlimited email sends, online payments through Stripe by card, ACH bank transfer, or Apple Pay, recurring invoices, automatic payment reminders, time tracking, and PDFs without WaffleInvoice branding. Clients can view invoices, payment history, and PDFs through a private portal. The service also offers a free invoice generator that can be used without signing up.
