About WAge
WAge is a collaborative project focused on promoting healthy working environments for individuals of all ages. By bringing together experts in occupational health, digital research, psychology, and policy, WAge aims to develop a comprehensive assessment framework to better understand how physical and psychological factors impact workplace health across different age groups. This evidence-driven approach will pave the way for practical strategies and policy enhancements that benefit workers both personally and organizationally.
The project is structured into six technical work packages, covering areas such as occupational ergonomics, organizational psychology, data privacy, and more.
