WahooDat Fishing

WahooDat Fishing Charters is a USCG-licensed fishing charter serving anglers in Orange Beach, Alabama. The company offers guided inshore, nearshore, coastal, and offshore trips, with options ranging from four-hour outings to extended 18-hour offshore expeditions. Its fishing experiences suit beginners and seasoned anglers, with opportunities to target species including red snapper, redfish, speckled trout, sheepshead, wahoo, amberjack, triggerfish, Spanish mackerel, vermilion snapper, and cobia. Depending on the trip and season, guests can enjoy trolling, bottom fishing, and other local fishing opportunities.

WahooDat operates two boats: a 38-foot Topaz convertible, refurbished in 2020 and equipped with a kitchen, bath, sleeping areas, live well, and storage; and a 28-foot Crosby with twin Yanmar diesel engines, a head, live well, ample seating, and a tuna tower. The site provides trip rates, seasonal information, weather links, and a contact form for questions about fishing, seasons, and tackle. Captain Corey is CPR and first-aid certified, and the company encourages guests to check current fishing regulations and licensing requirements before heading out.
