Waldo's Recompensas

Waldo’s Recompensas is the loyalty program of Grupo Vizion, created to recognize customers who shop at Waldo’s and Eleczion stores. Members earn Puntos Waldos on eligible purchases and can redeem them for products in participating stores or for discount coupons to use in Waldo’s online store. Each point is worth one peso, and points are valid for one year.

Customers can obtain a rewards card at a physical store and register it online or through the program’s WhatsApp and phone channels. Once registered, members can check their points balance and transaction history, update account details, and access their digital card. The program also offers benefits based on membership level: Silver members earn 2% back in points, while qualifying frequent shoppers can advance to Gold and earn 4%. Additional rewards include points for remittance transactions, double points during a member’s birthday week, and selected Sunday offers. Members may also receive special promotions and store-specific discount coupons, making the program a way to earn and use rewards across Waldo’s and Eleczion shopping experiences.
