香港首個提供多元共融一站式生死服務及教育研究的社會企業 自主四步曲 生前規劃 遺囑 (Will) 持久授權書 (EPA) 預設醫療指示 (AMD) 草擬及辦理服務 離世支援 喪葬支援 諮詢輔導 離世「身心社靈支援」 我們無法規避死亡，也無法預料死亡何時來臨。但我們能及早為死亡規劃和準備，自主安排且有尊嚴地面對死亡。 在香港，許多人在處理生死事宜時會因為身份、家庭結構或個人意願未被傳統制度全面理解與接納，而面對額外的困難與阻礙。 作為香港首個提供多元共融一站式生死服務的社會企業，同行 Alongside 致力推動「終生自主」，提倡每個人不論背景、身分、性別、性傾向或人生階段，都應該擁有自主規劃人生每一步的權利。 終生自主 個人自主是現代社會的核心價值，法律與制度應當彰顯並尊重每一個人的意願。這不僅是在我們身體健康時，更應在我們無法再清晰表達意願的時刻獲得體現。 當我們失去為自己作出人生決定的能力時，人生中的關鍵決策便會根據現行法律與制度所預設的機制作出。然而，這些預設決定往往未能真正反映個人的價值觀與人生選擇。對於性／別小眾等被邊緣化群體而言，現行法律框架往往忽略了他們的獨特需要與關係形式，使其意願在醫療決策或身後事安排中更容易被忽視。及早透過有效的法律工具留下清晰指示，才能真正確保我們的意願被尊重和落實。 同行 Alongside相信，每個人不論性別、性取向、經濟能力或社會身份，都應享有終生自主的權利。因此，我們致力提供無歧視、一站式的生死規劃服務。透過專業網絡支援、具透明度和競爭力的收費制度，我們希望讓每個人都能清晰地規劃未來，確保人生每個重要選擇由自己掌握，無懼未知，自在前行。 財產自主 遺囑 透過訂立遺囑，確保遺產能按照自己的意願分配，祝福自己所重視的人；並透過指派身邊信任的人作為遺囑執行人處理個人喪葬事宜，貫徹生前個人意願。 持久授權書 透過訂立持久授權書，指派信任的人作為受權人，當失去精神行為能力時（如遇上交通意外陷入昏迷、或因患病未能作出個人決定）代為行使及處理個人財務，包括支付醫療費用、繳交物業按揭、支付飼養寵物費用或供養家人等。 醫療自主 預設醫療指示 透過設立預設醫療指示，記錄低如果陷入不可逆轉的昏迷、成為植物人或患上末期病症時的醫療意願，並知會身邊信任的人，確保能有尊嚴地走人生最後一程路。 喪葬自主 同行 ALONGSID

About Alongside Limited
"Alongside" is a compassionate brand founded by a diverse team dedicated to providing support during difficult times. Dr. Nick Tsui, an experienced anesthesiologist, witnessed the unpredictability of death and its impact on families, leading him to co-found Alongside to offer support and practical assistance, especially to marginalized communities like the LGBTQIA+.
Yves Leung, a seasoned lawyer, emphasizes the importance of legal planning to prevent estate disputes and aims to empower the LGBTQIA+ community through legal education and support. Dr. Jensen Yiu, a PhD in pharmacology and a prominent LGBTQIA+ advocate, focuses on promoting LGBTQIA+ affirmative practices and providing compassionate care.
